HOW CAN I BOOK THE RUSTIC WAGON?

Just reach out through our “Contact Us” page and share a bit about your upcoming event, or send us an email at info@therusticwagonbar.ca. We’ll get back to you to verify availability and go over the details. Your booking is officially secured once we receive your signed rental agreement and a 50% deposit via e-transfer..

WHAT SETUP CONDITIONS DO YOU REQUIRE FOR AN EVENT?

For us to operate smoothly, THE RUSTIC WAGON should be positioned within approximately 50 feet of a standard 120V outlet or a 30-amp power source. We also need adequate space for our truck and trailer to drive in, turn around, and park. A flat surface is ideal, along with about 20 feet of clear space for the full setup.

WHAT TYPES OF EVENTS DO YOU CATER TO?

THE RUSTIC WAGON can be part of almost any indoor or outdoor celebration you have in mind—weddings, rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, milestone birthdays, bridal or baby showers, corporate gatherings, appreciation events, golf tournaments, fundraisers, and more. WHAT IF THERE’S NO POWER SOURCE ON-SITE?

No problem at all — The Rustic Wagon can operate using a generator. Just let us know during the booking process if you’ll need one included in your package. Please note that a generator comes at an additional cost.

CAN YOU PURCHASE  ALCOHOL?

Due to provincial laws, we cannot obtain a liquor license nor purchase alcohol. The contracted party would need to apply for a Special Occasion Permit through Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario. You can find additional details through the AGCO’s guideline here .  We can definitely help you with the process.

WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVE?

THE RUSTIC WAGON is based in Kitchener, Ontario. Your quote includes travel within a 50-kilometre radius of Kitchener. We’re always up for a road trip and can visit locations across Southern Ontario. For events beyond the 50-kilometre range, a modest round-trip travel fee will apply.

ARE YOU INSURED?

Yes! THE RUSTIC WAGON carries general and liquor liability insurance!

IS RUSTIC WAGON ELECTRICAL SAFETY CERTFIED?

Yes, The RUSTIC WAGON electrical fixtures are certified by eSAFE

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

A full refund is provided if you cancel up to 60 days from your event date. Our booking season is made in advance, so, unfortunately, cancellations made between 30-60 prior to the event will result in the loss of the deposit.
